Whether you’ve been training for years, just starting out or looking to recover from an injury, participating in one or more of the training classes available at Titan Fitness Center will help you attain your goals.
HIIT Workouts (high-intensity interval training) is a form of interval training that involves short bursts of super intense exercise with periods of rest or lower intensity exercise. Proven to boost metabolism and build strength, it packs in the same benefits of lower and moderate-intensity aerobic workouts in a much shorter time.

Boot Camp
re you ready to start off the brand new year with a renewed commitment to meeting and surpassing your fitness goals? Will you need some additional accountability to ensure you will truly commit to and adhere to those admirable resolutions that sounded so good back on New Year’s Eve? If so, the team at Titan Fitness Center is pleased to announce the return of Boot Camp!
Boot Camp is now underway, with classes held on Monday and Wednesday nights from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Boot camp is an exciting combination of strength and cardio training in an environment that is judgment-free and enjoyable for all.
The class can serve as an effective supplement to your current workout regimen by encouraging you to get outside of your familiar comfort zone. The encouragement and ongoing support from your instructor and fellow class members will keep you focused and maintain consistent accountability.
All fitness experienced levels are welcome to participate in Boot Camp. Modifications based upon individual requirements are available.
The cost for 12 Boot Camp classes is $75 for Titan members and $100 for non-members. Measurements and weigh-ins are optional. Simply make your arrangements with Laura either before or after class.
